Rustique Tours : Visit to Bokrijk
After the martinets took off for the year, we took a visit to one of the most “rustique” places we have ever been: the domain of Bokrijk.
Here we were inspired by many ideas, and enlightened by the lines, materials &life of the structures we visited.
We wore our sabots for the occasion !

Summertime Art Residency : Chez Martinet
We are happy to announce the second year of our unique artist’s residency program : Chez Martinet. We provide a free room during the summer months to our roosting friends the Martinets (Apus Apus). Chez Martinet is free but available only on a first-come first-served basis.
Dimensions of the room are roughly 70 x 30 cm.

Guests : Takashi Carré II
After his successful first visit to Hotel Rustique and adventures in other lands, our friend Takashi Carré came back for a brief visit.
No doubt, this visit started out even more action packed than last time ! Arriving near midnight, he awoke to find himself playing in a concert the next day here is a link to video of Le Ton Mité and Karl Blau with Mr. Carré !

Guests : Takashi Carré
Takashi Kumagai, known for his participation in such projets as Cafard Carré, made a holiday time visit to Hotel Rustique.
We had a visit to the town centre which included a strangely “Japanese” building.
afterwards we tasted some local beverages
notably geuze.
La Clef d’Or was a spot of three dimensional birthday times.

Rustique Cups
Perhaps the potter is dyslexic or English, but none the less we are excited to bring you our limited edition of three (3) Hotel Rustique (Rustique Hotel) earthenware cups.
They are great for coffee, tea and other warm beverages. Currently not for sale, they are only for use by Hotel Rustique guests and staff.
